Ingredients

  • 240ml unsweetened almond milk (you can use cow's milk if you prefer)
  • 200g fresh or frozen strawberries 
  • 1 medium banana roughly chopped
  • 1 sachet Meritene STRENGTH & VITALITY strawberry shake powder 

Option
For extra crunch, add 20g of flaked almonds.

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a tall glass.
  3.  Enjoy your day because you are so supremely organized, healthy and just down right gorgeous!
