By Nadia Sawalha. This smoothie isn't just for breakfast. Try it mid-afternoon especially if you want something a little sweet.
Ingredients
- 240ml unsweetened almond milk (you can use cow's milk if you prefer)
- 200g fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 medium banana roughly chopped
- 1 sachet Energis strawberry shake powder
Option:
For extra crunch, add 20g of flaked almonds.
Method
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Enjoy your day because you are so supremely organized, healthy and just down right gorgeous!
