Cherry and almond thickie
Nutrious and filling to power your morning!
- 2 tbsp (50g) frozen cherries or berries
- 100-150 ml water based on consistency / thickness preference
- 1 heaped tbsp (25g) low fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp (15g) porridge oats
- 1 tbsp (5g) ground (milled) seeds, mixed
- 1 tsp almonds, ground
- 1 sachet Energis vanilla powder
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until you have smooth, thick drink.
- Add a little more water if it seems too thick. Pour into your favorite glass. Enjoy straight away!
