Overnight oats Swiss style muesli

Packed with goodness! Plus ideas to customize to your preference!

  • 3 tbsp (25g) jumbo porridge oats or toasted rolled oats*
  • 1 sachet Energis vanilla drink powder
  • ½ tbsp (5 g) mixed seeds
  • ½ tbsp (5 g) mixed nuts, chopped finely
  • 3 tbsp (30 g) natural yogurt
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped finely**
  • Lemon or lime juice
  • Juice of 1 orange (about 100 ml) or use water
  • Pinch cinnamon (optional)


Fresh fruit like blackberries, pomegranate, sliced pear or kiwi.


* Substitute a spoonful of the porridge oats for buckwheat flakes or another flaked wholegrain.

** Use only 1/2 the apple in the muesli mix; keep the other half for your topping. Coat the apple in lemon or lime juice to help it keep its colour.
