Chocolate vanilla pot

  • 1 sachet Meritene MOBILIS vanilla drink
  • ½ small avocado, peeled and stoned
  • ½ or 1 small banana peeled and sliced 
  • 1 tbsp (15g) fine, dark cocoa
  • 1 tsp runny honey, or maple syrup
  • 50ml water

Optional toppings:  
Berries, mint leaves, chopped nuts


  1. Blend all ingredients together (except the topping) with a handheld stab mixer until you have smooth, thick ‘custard’.  
  2. Scrape the chocolate mixture into a serving dish. You can eat it straight away but it’s even nicer if left to chill in the fridge for about an hour. 
  3. Add a topping of fresh fruit or chopped nuts. Enjoy!
